An Open Discussion for Youth and Young AdultsThis is a casual and friendly open-forum held on the first Friday of the month for youth and young adults to discern, discuss, listen, inquire or just reflect on living our faith in today’s challenging society. This is an ideal platform for you to air your opinions on real-life and contemporary issues that most concern to you and are effecting our generation today. Previous topics of discussion have included ‘Homosexuality’, ‘Changes within the Church’, and ‘Papal Infallibility’. The forum on 1 October 1999 will consider ‘Roles of Women in the Church’. It will be held in St Mary’s parish office meeting room, from 7.00 to 8.30 pm (directly opposite the Centerlink office in Myers St). For more details, please contact Kevin on 0413 330 324. |
