Thank You Chanel College
The Geelong Deanery Leadership Team offers its congratulations and thanks to all within the Chanel community who since 1958 have offered their services to the Catholic families of Geelong and surrounding regions. The closure of the college, and particularly the expressions of grief that occurred at the time of its announcement, reflect the esteem in which Chanel is held within the Geelong community. The quality of its educational and pastoral programs is a tribute to the Christian Brothers and other staff members who worked within the college. As students and staff members move into new places of study and work, we pray that all will be supported by those around them and that the spirit of Peter Chanel will live on through their continuing presence within the Geelong community. |
