Issue 6, Semptember 1998
Justice News is published by the Geelong Catholic Social Justice Committee, and
from this issue on appears as an insert in Geelong Deanery Digest.
This edition of Justice News was produced to coincide with Social Justice Sunday
1998, celebrated on 27 September. This year the Catholic bishops of Australia have offered
a statement entitled The Challenge of Ageing. The statement can be found in the
centre pages of the edition of Australian Catholics dated Spring 1998.
With the Federal election only a matter of days away, this issue of Justice News
includes a number of contributions by members of the Geelong Catholic Social Justice
Committee on some of the central issues of the election campaigns.
